First of all, we apologize that your item did not work out.

Please kindly follow to below process.

1.  Please be informed that all disputes, claims, returns, and exchanges must be within 30days of purchase. International customers are financially responsible for shipping the item back to Excelsior Bijoux Co.,Ltd. for any approved return.

2.  All returned orders are issued online store credit applicable to anything in the online store. We do not offer any monetary refunds for online orders.
.
3.  Each item must be exchanged in the same condition as it was selected, unworn and undamaged. The original EB (Excelsior Bijoux) SKU tag MUST still be on the merchandise in order for an exchange to be processed.  Damaged items due to customer negligence will not be accepted for exchange.

4.  If your purchase is a certified diamond or ring, the original gemological laboratory certificate that was issued with the diamond needs to be returned as well. This is very important as the diamond certificate has a replacement fee of $500. If the certificate is not returned, then the cost of replacing the certificate will be charged and deducted from your exchange.

5.  Custom work, special orders, or personalized and engraved items cannot be return / exchange unless there is an error caused by Excelsior Bijoux Co., Ltd.

6.  If a return or exchange is being mailed, send the package by DHL. For your protection, please insure the return item package for the full amount of the invoice plus shipping charges. Excelsior Bijoux Co.,Ltd is NOT responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping.

7.  Clearly print your name and address on the outside of the package.

**  NOTE: Please be careful not to write Excelsior Bijoux, diamond, gold, jewelry, gems, or other luxury-related words anywhere on the package, as this invites theft of the package. **

REFUND  POLICY : 

We have NO refund policy, which means you cannot refund after payment was done.  We do not offer any monetary refunds for online orders.
